Sunday Mindfulness meditation on Zoom

the group gets together on the Second and Fourth Sundays of the month from 9:30-11:30 am. We are using the book “Meditation“ by Ajahn Thanissaro for our practice. The practice is suitable for beginners or non-beginners. You can join us at anytime you are able.
