Sunday Mindfulness meditation

The group gets together on the Second and Fourth Sundays of the month from 9:30-11:30 am. We are starting the book “Emptiness “ by Guy Armstrong April 14, 2024

We start with a brief check-in, reading the book,Q&A and discussion and end with meditation with some guidance.

The practice is suitable for beginners or non-beginners. You can join us at anytime you are able. Please email me at [email protected] if you are interested. More details will be emailed to you.

Thursday Mindfulness meditation

We meet for mindfulness practice from 6-8 pm via zoom on the second and fourth Thursday of the month.

We will be starting a new book July 13

The new book will be “The Issue at Hand” by Gil Fronsdal.

This can be ordered from any bookstore. Hope you will get it and join us on zoom.

We start with meditation, check in and Q&A. Suitable for both beginners and experienced meditator.
We also take turns reading the book and discus.

This is held on the second and fourth Thursday of the month.
