We meet for mindfulness practice from 6-8 pm via zoom

We will be starting a new book June 23rd for the Thursday Mindfulness meeting on zoom.

The new book will be “Beyond Distraction: Five Practical Ways to Focus Your Mind. “ by Shaila Catherine

This can be ordered from any bookstore. Hope you will get it and join us on zoom starting June 23rd

We start with meditation, check in and Q&A. Suitable for both beginners and experienced meditator. This is held on the second and fourth Thursday of the month. Email with more details will be sent to you once you register
