Thursday Mindfulness meditation
THU DEC 11, 6 - 8 PM CST

We meet for mindfulness practice from 6-8 pm via zoom on the second and fourth Thursday of the month.

We will be starting a new book July 13

The new book will be “The Issue at Hand” by Gil Fronsdal.

This can be ordered from any bookstore. Hope you will get it and join us on zoom.

We start with meditation, check in and Q&A. Suitable for both beginners and experienced meditator.
We also take turns reading the book and discus.

This is held on the second and fourth Thursday of the month.
